The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.

Every day, there are 40,000 people in Kitsap County who struggle to put food on their table. According to a recent study from the USDA, at some point in the year, 1 in 6 Americans won’t know where their next meal will come from. By working with individuals, small businesses, grocery stores, civic groups, schools and churches across our community, we are working to eliminate hunger.

At the crossroads of compassion and integrity, by a partnership with both the private and public sector, South Kitsap Helpline was born. For more than three decades, their mission has remained the same; to empower people and eliminate hunger in our community. Thanks to the generosity of people like you, that mission is fulfilled every day.

The employees of Manchester Water District believe charity brings our community closer together.  We encourage you to get involved by donating items to the following local non-profits. Please bring your donations to our office located at 8185 E. Daniels Loop, Manchester, WA 98353 during regular business hours: M-F 8-4:30.

CHARITY DONATIONS

Kitsap Humane Society is a nonprofit, charitable organization that depends upon the kindness and generosity of its community to find homes for homeless pets. They spay/neuter thousands of animals each year to prevent animal overpopulation and reduce the number of future homeless pets. Sheltering animals since 1908, Kitsap Humane Society envisions a time when all adoptable pets have loving homes.

This independent nonprofit is committed to providing positive life-changing solutions to people and animals in need.

They do this by:
Accepting, sheltering and rehabilitating companion animals in need.
Providing humane rescue, protection, prevention, adoption and education services. Implementing progressive life-saving and life-affirming programs.
Collaborating and partnering with our region and supporters to build a model humane community.

The vision of Kitsap Humane Society is that every adoptable companion animal has a home!
