As we navigate the uncharted territory that is the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, it's important that we stay informed and work together to meet the challenges ahead.

In accordance with State and Federal guidelines, Manchester Water District has temporarily closed its offices to the general public. Social distancing, as a means of controlling the spread of infectious disease, will only work if we all do our part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be advised you may pay your water bill by telephone, online through this website, and the payment drop box located just outside our administration office. If you experience a water emergency, and need immediate assistance, our Service Technicians remain available to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your tap water is safe to drink.

There is no evidence that the Coronavirus is passed through consumption of, or contact with, the public water supply. Manchester Water District staff continuously monitors water quality, and the distribution system to ensure we provide safe and reliable water service to our community.

For more information regarding COVID-19 and your drinking water, please visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Finally, we are part of the community too. We understand that current events will have a financial impact on many of our neighbors and friends. If you are experiencing financial hardship due to recent events please contact our office to discuss payment arrangements.

These are challenging times and we're all in this together.

Thank You and Stay Healthy.
